Could you tell me:
what time its is?
what the time is?

Using of word "shall". eg. Shall we go?

He speaks Japanese.
subject question: Who speaks Japanese?
object question:
What language does he speak?
or
Which language does he speak?
When the number of answers is limeted we use which and when is unlimeted we use what. Do we use this rule always? How about in my case above?

Why this sentence is wrong:
I wonder whether or not this parcel has arrived yet.


At age of 18 ...
I had no car.
I didn't have a car.
I hadn't got a car.

and now
I've got a car.
I have a car.

I've got
I've also got - is this good?

Do you think, it's true?
